The first step to determine whether substance abuse treatment is right for you is to complete a chemical health assessment by a qualified, licensed alcohol and drug addiction counselor (LADC). The treatment process starts with a call to Club Recovery (here’s how to Contact Us), and goes through scheduling and attending a 2-hour chemical assessment appointment.
