Holistic Recovery

Here at Club Recovery, we view recovery from substance use issues from a holistic perspective.

This means that recovery is more than just abstinence. Stopping substance use can be an important part in recovery but if a person stops using and are still depressed, have poor relationships, can’t cope with life, etc. Then quality of life might only have increased a small amount.

The Club Recovery mission is to expand the definition of recovery. During treatment, we actively work with clients to expand their personal definitions of recovery to include health, happiness, coping skills, and meaning in life.

For us, this is more than just words. Over the last year, we have been collecting data from clients when they begin treatment at Club Recovery and when they finish our program.

Take a look at the results. They clearly show the benefit of Club Recovery’s emphasis on holistic recovery.
