Proactive Measures for the Corona Virus

To Our Valued Community Member,

As we continue to receive updates on the impact of COVID-19, we want to take a moment to inform you of the proactive steps we are taking at Club Recovery to ensure client health, safety, and continued care.

We have been in close communication with our leadership and compliance team, and are adhering to the recommendations distributed by the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, and Minnesota DHS. Updates from these agencies are consistently monitored to ensure that all guidance received is based on the latest information released.

From this, we have put in place the following proactive measures:

  • All staff members have received infection prevention and control training.
  • Thorough disinfection and hygiene guidance has been provided and is being monitored.
  • CDC informational posters are on display to provide important reminders on proper infection prevention procedures.
  • We are reviewing cleaning service contracts to confirm that additional support is available.
  • We have created and implemented the use of detailed checklists to cover key areas such as equipment disinfection.
  • All clients are encouraged to wash-hands before and after entering our offices.
  • We are in communication with our local health department to receive important community-specific updates.
  • All staff members and clients presenting with cold symptoms are asked not to come to the office and are encouraged to contact their primary health-care provider.
  • To adjust to the increased need to serve clients out of our office, Club Recovery, LLC has partnered with doxy.me to provide Telehealth Services to all established patients.

The safety of our clients, their families, and our employees is our top priority, and we will remain resolute in our efforts to reduce any risk associated with COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 952.926.2526.

Stay Well,

The Staff at Club Recovery, LLC
